What Shipping Methods are Available?
The majority of our shipments will go through First Class Mail. However, per your request during checkout - we can expedite the process by shipping priority.
How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
Generally, purchases made inside of the United States will be delivered within 3 to 4 days with standard First Class Mail with zero extra charge. However, expediting the process will be an additional cost and be delivered in 2 days.
How Do I Track My Order?
Upon placing an order, your tracking information will be delivered to you via the email address used upon registration/placing the order. There will also be a way to view your tracking and package details through the "My Account" section of the website.
Do I Need A Account To Place Order?
No, but we strongly advise that you do create one to make tracking, order history and returns an easier process for both VitaGrove and you. It's also beneficial to make an account because we automatically send coupons and deals to the email address registered.

All of our products go through 3rd party laboratory testing and each batch is tested for contaminants, yeasts, molds, toxins and microbes. We do not allow our products to be sold for consumption unless it meets standard FDA and cGMP laboratory testing criteria per the ISO/IEC 17025 rules.

If however you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund. We'll also cover shipping costs!
